I am fortunate to live La Vie en VinĀ (Life through wine). As a Wine Supply Strategist I import and control estate allocations in western Canada and structure long-term supply across hospitality portfolios.
I work with a select estates in Burgundy, Portugal, Chile, and Argentina producing 250,000+ bottles per year. My role is to align supply, allocation, and portfolio structure so wine performs consistently across properties. Most hospitality venues treat wine as inventory. I treat it as controlled supply.
Allocation control means:
- I decide where limited supply goes.
- I manage continuity.
- I protect supply for groups.
- I negotiate long-term structure.
