For centuries people met in cafés and pubs to argue about ideas. Now we watch ideas through screens.

People are not tired of ideas. They are tired of consuming them in isolation.

Lounge Lectures are 30- 45 minute talks given by professors, experts, and storytellers to spark conversations.

So I’m testing something.

Short talks in lounges around the city, its a free social thinking club.

How long does a gathering last?
Typically about 60–90 minutes.

Where are the gatherings held?
In lounges and social spaces such as hotel lobbies, private clubs, and neighborhood venues.

Do I need any special knowledge to attend?
No. Curiosity is the only requirement.

How many people attend?
Gatherings are intentionally small to allow real conversation.

How do I receive an invitation?
Join the list above. Invitations are sent when a gathering opens in your city.

Is there a cost to attend?
No. Tickets are only to reserve your seat.

Can I suggest a topic or speaker?
Yes. Ideas are welcome and help shape future gatherings.

Which cities will host events?
The first gatherings are planned for Vancouver, with additional cities considered based on interest.
